Communication requires judgment.

Good communication starts with understanding what another person needs to know. That shapes what you include, how you organize it, and whether the result gives them something useful.

I offer guest lectures and workshops in business communication, AI literacy, and discernment for students in academic settings. Individual educational sessions are considered selectively.

My perspective draws on work in enterprise technology and business, alongside a background in communication and creative writing. I’m interested in how people explain an idea, support a recommendation, and recognize when polished language is doing more work than the reasoning underneath it.

AI adds another layer to those questions. Students need to be able to assess what a tool produces, notice what it has missed or flattened, and decide which parts of the work still require their own thought.

Sessions are shaped around the course, the students, and what they need to understand or be able to do afterward.
