Board Service
and Strategic Advisory.

The answer depends.

A consequential decision rarely arrives with all the context attached. Understanding what an organization is trying to accomplish, how its people work, and what it can realistically support changes the questions worth asking.

I work in enterprise technology and AI go-to-market. I bring that current operator’s perspective to organizations considering their next move, with an eye for which practices are useful in their circumstances and which would simply add complexity.

I’m interested in advisory board roles where that judgment can contribute over time. For organizations working through a particular decision, I also offer strategic advisory.

Board Service

A current operator
at the table.

I’m interested in advisory board roles where my experience in enterprise technology, AI, go-to-market strategy, and organizational decision-making can help an organization think through consequential choices.

My focus is nonprofits, educational institutions, and organizations centered on women in AI or leadership. I also consider startup advisory boards selectively.

The answer depends.

Not because there isn’t an answer.

Because the right one depends on your business, your people, your incentives, your constraints, what you’re trying to accomplish, and occasionally the thing everyone has already decided they don’t want to talk about.

That’s usually where I want to start.
